Use Apple's Emoji Keyboard

I really prefer the native Emoji Keyboard over WRIO's adapted version of it. The emojis are bigger, there's a greater variety and "most recent" is more adequate than WRIO's.

It's be cool to include a setting "Use native Emoji Keyboard" so that the smiley-button links to the native Emojis (rather than using the globe button which is one click further away)

I also think that switching to WRIO's emojis takes too long.

Hi Frank

We'll discuss with our developer if it's possible to directly access the emoji keyboard. But a problem will be that you only can switch back quickly if you don't have a third keyboard enabled.

And thanks for the other feedback. We'll see what we can do to improve the user experience in our emoji menu. We'll first focus on some features though before we improve the interface.

Thanks again and have a nice weekend! :)

One other reason why you should use the iOS Emoji Keyboard is that there are more Symbols. The new in iOS 10.2 can i just use with the native one.

Hi Dorian, with V1.3 we greatly improved the emoji layer and have now 2500+ emoji including different skin colors. If you wish to use Apple's Emoji Keyboard you can obviously do so, by adding it as a second keyboard, and switch to it using the globe button. In our observation, switching to our emoji layer is faster than switching between keyboards, so we'll keep our layer active. Unfortunately, we cannot program the button in a way to select a specific second keyboard, but can only offer a globe button to switch to the next one defined by you in the systems settings. Hope that helps, David
