In my apps verb forms italiano and the il ragazzini dictionary
In some apps the keyboard is realy hugeq looks like zoomed.
For example the jobs.ch app. The antecedent iOS version it workes fine. The big is new in WRIO Keyboard 0.35 (37)
Hi René, you're right. That is become some apps are still designed for the iPhone 4 resolution and the app is displayed wrongly. We have it on our list to found a workaround. Hope to get it fixed soon. Cheers, David
Thanks Graham for reporting this. Seems the fix didn't work in all apps - we'll put in on our list!
Sorry, I got the same problem and it's a key issue for me since I need the app in which WRIO doesn't work correctly for work. So, the question is: how can I change the keyboard back to the usual one in the app. You know the key for the keyboard switch isn't on the keyboard... Best, Frank
Hi Frank, we're working on it. In the meanwhile: please close the app (double press physical home button on your iPhone), change the keyboard settings to WRIO in second position (and Apple as primary), and re-open the app.
It's annoying, so we hope to have fixed it asap!
Thanks. It would be great not to being forced to switch keyboards... :o
Apple recognizes this is a bug of the apps themselves as they haven't updated their apps to display properly on iPhones 6 and above. If you still have an issue, let us know and we'll contact the developer.
Please have a look on the attached file. I've had this problem with the app FloraHelvetica https://itunes.apple.com/ch/app/flora-helvetica-pro-deutsch/id576397991?mt=8
Could you help me?
Hi René - sorry to hear that. We had discussed this with Apple last year. Apple's reply was that the developer of such an app (where WRIO is displayed wrongly) has not yet switched to Apple's new framework (which makes it fully compatible with iPhone 6). Notice how also Apple's keyboard is displayed in a different way. Quick solution is to switch to Apple's keyboard in this app. We can contact the developer and inform them of this. By now almost all apps have been updated so this problem should be limited to a very tiny amount of apps. Thanks, David
