Hi,

it would be nice to set the keyboard layout to always use lowercase letters (uppercase still with swipe up), which is quite usefull if I have to type commands in a terminal.

Hi Sandro,

in the next release it will be possible to disable auto capitalization in the settings. Also, WRIO will consider an input field's preference when determining whether or not to enable auto capitalization. We tested with the builtin Cyanogenmod terminal, now it's lowercase ;)

Another thing: in the tutorial (at least the iOs version) there is described how you write a capital letter. But when the keyboard starts itself with a capital one, there is no description how you change it back to lower case. It's somehow intuitiv to use a swipe down for that, but it's not written there... maybe you could add this to the knowledge-base / tutorial? I guess not every person tries it out with the swipe down.

Hi Andreas - thanks :) also here there's room for improvement of the tutorial! Thank you, David

Hi Peter, you can capitalize by swiping up a little on the letter. The swipe distance can be very minimal. So there is no need for a caps key, as capitalizing entire words can be done with about the same speed as just typing. Let us know if you have difficulties. Best, David
