How does the correction work?

Hello,

I'm using WRIO for some weeks and I like it.

I don't understand how the correction/auto completion functionality works. One or twice some words which I typed were corrected. Unfortunately wrongly corrected. How can I force WRIO to use what I wrote instead of what WRIO thinks I wanted to write?

Is there any possibility to influence what WRIO does in the area of auto correction?

Cheers,

Patrick

Hi Patrick

Thanks for your feedback. We're still tuning our autocorrection over the next months and it will get better with every new word you type.

To undo the last autocorrection you can just swipe down anywhere on the keyboard. So you don't have to move the cursor.

Hope this helps. :)

The last iPhone update indicated auto correction is now available. I don't see it even though it's turned on.

Hi David

Have you used it two weeks without uninstalling it? Because right now Auto Correction needs about 1-2 weeks to learn what you type and should then start to correct. It corrects typos on the fly ('hrllo' -> 'hello' - if you typed 'hello' multiple times before). But you can always undo the last correction by swiping down anywhere on the keyboard. So you don't have to move the cursor.

Soon users will be able to use Auto Correction right from the start.

Thanks for your help!
